Empower Threaded SMS (alerts, tones)

I got the empower threaded sms and when I block my other sms it stops all the tones or alerts to the empower threaded sms. To keep the tones or alerts I have to unblock the original SMS which leaves me with text messages all over the place to delete? Does anyone else have this problem or know any fixes?

It's known about not receiving alerts..I'm sure the developers are working on it.
bchat has alerts so the developers should be able to come up with an update.

Correct, we will be implementing alerts in the next update. Also, in the wings are a couple of new themes..

I have a 8900 with ATT, I purchased Empower and it does not send messages. It looks like it does in the app, but not one ever recieves them. I have played with thw firewall but nothing works. Customer support seems to be none existent!

Okay, thanks! I didn't realize there was a separate setting from the regular SMS message alerts.

I played around with the trial version of this and here are a few of the things I miss in it:
1 - No character counter. There is no way to tell how many characters you have typed/have remaining.
2 - No way to delete the message or conversation without bringing up the menu via the blackberry button.
3 - No way to change the font on the main/conversation screen.

I liked the app, just needs a little work.
