Exclamation DON'T UPGRADE YOUR WEATHERBUG, the .147 version is BUGGY!

Unbelievable! Version 1.1.0.145 worked perfectly on my Storm. Updated to version 1.1.0.147 which I now find to be totally incompatible with the Storm.

Have you tried adjusting compatibility mode?

Yes I did and its not half screen but it seems this new version is not for the storm. The toolbar is gone. Some app options depend on keys that do not exist on a Storm, no such problems before. Someone messed up big time!

Hi,

We have fixed the issue with the update. It may take up to 24 hours to be pushed out to all devices. I would suggest not updating the application for 24 hours on the Storm or Storm 2.

Please contact support (through the App World) or me (through PM or email: blackberrytoolsBETA@weatherbug.com) with any questions.

Sorry for the inconvenience of this update.

NOTE: Elite is not affected.

Eddie

Hi,

We are working on verifying that the BlackBerry App World has the most up to date content. For the time being you can get the latest builds here:

http://blackberry.weatherbug.com/wea.../download.html

Be sure to copy down your activation code from the BlackBerry App World before updating your application. We will provide new activation codes as quickly as possible to users that have lost their activation code. There will be a delay as we need to verify your purchase through the BlackBerry App World.

Thanks,
Eddie

The Storm link doesn't want to open on the device browser. Oh what you folks are doing there at AWS???? We used to had a good life with WeatherBug, maybe we should look for a new weather app!!

That's funny! I'm still running the old (and free) version 1.0.0.325

That thing works great.

1.1.0.145 & 1.1.0.147 are both free... 1.1.0.145 is a lot better than the 1.0.* versions... It's just too bad that 1.1.0.147 had to go and ruin everything... I really wish that I could have a proper/functioning weather app again... oh well... Guess I'll just have to be patient...

Anywhere else other than App World where I can download the upgrade?

I tried today and awhile ago, and App World says that it's not available. Same with a couple of other apps I downloaded from App World. App World sucks balls.

Hi,

Not at the current time. We are looking at other options for the future.

Thanks,
