CrackUtil + network block

If I run Crack Util and reset IT Policy will that get rid of the network block that comes about from entering the wrong MEP code 10 times?

He's right, you don't, but a tech with the right equipment can. I went to a cell repair shop that assured me they could reset it, and at most times they can, but not on the Storm 2. According to them, the phone has advances security that they can't yet break to reset the phone. So I went back to Verizon and traded it in for a new one for $50.
