Can't get 3gp streaming to work

I wanted to use ORB on my storm. I loaded ORB on my PC and then went to "public.orb.com\pgouellette" from my Storm and could see my sample file. When I tried to play it I get the following error:

Http Error 500: Internal Server Error

I then went to "http:\\test.orb.com" and when I run the 3gp tests I get the following error:

Error Playing
An error has occurred attempting to play media.


Does anyone have a clue to what the issue is and how I can fix it.
