Blackberry Maps OTA Download?

I deleted Blackberry Maps when I got Google Maps. This was before I knew about the GPS problem with Google Maps. I don't have access to a cable to connect my Storm to my PC. Is there an OTA download for Blackberry Maps? I tried hunting through the Blackberry site and haven't had any luck. I apologize if this is a million times repeat question, but I promise I've been searching the forums and Google for over an hour.

Plug in device>open DM>Apploader>Add/Remove> put a check mark in the BBM box and click finish to install.

I did mention that I cannot do this. I don't have any access to a direct PC connection for my Storm.

You will not be able to install BB Maps until you can get to a computer.
