Blackberry Alerts

I know from looking on the forums that this question has been asked a lot. I have found the BBYMelsoftware page so that I can download BB Alerts from my BB. Here is my dilemma, and please someone correct me if im wrong because I know you will, when I try to download BB Alerts for my BB it asks me which device I use and when I put in the BB Storm 9530 it says the app is not compatable with my BB. Am I on the wrong link and does someone have a better one? And yes im looking at the similiar threads that came up when I typed in Blackberry alerts as the name of my thread. But those similiar posts all seem to lead me to the same link. So thanks if anyone can help and thanks to the " Im smarter than you" arrogant few that will respond with their usual arrogance.

Well it seems like anytime you actually have a question and you post on the forums all you get is people that have to be-little you and tell you how stupid you are instead of help. Thats why I only have 8 posts, I dont really feel like be abused and talked down to.

I haven't used it but sometimes a lot of the links says not compatible and they still work. Did it let you try it? If it still doesn't work, there are some other free ones that do basically the same thing. You may already know about these but just throwing them out there. Hope this helps-I use Berrybuzz and it's my top app along with quicklaunch
