berry popup and seperate inboxes

I've had berrypopup forever and used it with combined inboxes. Today I decided to try separate inboxes and I noticed berry popup goes straight to the messages only. I've looked all over the app but can't find a setting to change it. Does anyone know if I'm overlooking it or if there is a work around?

it will only open to the native message folder. its a RIM limitation and there is nothing the dev can do about it
