Default will I be able to upgrade
Wondering I am due for an upgrade in may but with the april 1st rules for sprint would I still be able to upgrade in may to an evo. Sprint rep said I will be able to but you know how unreliable they are.

What plan do you have? And when did your contract start? If you're on the 69.99 unlimited plan, and May will mark 1 year into your contract you will lose your upgrade. If all you want is an evo, I wouldn't waste my upgrade for that anyways. The phone is going to be a year old this summer and should be getting upgraded soon. You can find one for 200-250 on craigslist. I got mine for 200 back in December.

It all depends on if it is your one year upgrade or 2 year upgrade. It also depends on if you will be gold status or silver. It also can depend on if your line is the main line or not. There is a lot of variables you left out for anyone to be able to answer.

My contract started May 1, 2010 and I have the 69.99 plan so I am silver status and my line is the only one.
