Hey Dan,

Given that 4wks ago we thought we would have to suffer the VZ trolls in her for about 5 months, given an anticipated release date Dec for the Tour, I just want to thank you and all the staff who made the effort to get us the Tour in July..

Now, hey, I used to work for a living to, so if you have a few initial hiccups in meeting this greatly accelerated schedule, I am cool with that.. I for one can at least put this into perspective.. and dont get fazed by the irritating whiners, they would be whining a great deal MORE if you hadn't pulled this off

And I agree, having a device up and competing is a good way to go. Looking forward to getting my Tour for an early birthday present.

Yup, now that I've ranted about why I was mad at Sprint, I must now come in and praise Sprint (no sarcasm, real talk)

For 70 bucks a month I get 450min Unlimited nights & weekends after 7, unlimited mobile to mobile, messaging, GPS, and Data... WOW who else can say that! For the working man who doesn't get home until 5:30/6pm, I've only had one occasion where I went over my minutes (Christmas holidays when I was calling everyone )!! And for those who use a lot of minutes? Sprint Everything! BOOYAH!!!! If your in an area that gets great sprint service (like any good sized city) you would be foolish NOT to get sprint! I've lived in Greensboro NC, Charlotte NC, Charleston SC, Jacksonville FL, and Orlando FL, and traveled between all of them to surrounding areas and I've had little to no problems! For the thrifty man who wants a bang for their buck, SPRINT!!!!

Now on to the phone... We all know that Sprint has been in the dumps the last few yrs mainly bc of poor management, but it now seems that we actually have a CEO worthy of being.... A CEO!!! Dan, thank you for trying your hardest to get us a better selection of handsets and wireless devices (kudos on MiFi and that Amazon Kindle!) and especially for changing the release period of the BB tour from a 5 month delay to more of a 5day STORE delay!!!! All I ask of you Sprint is to keep your team, as well as your customers in the know, for the more we know, the more we will advertise!!!!! and everyone knows that word of mouth is the best advertisement out there!!!!!

Maybe next they can watch Verizons rebates vs. their own rebates... When I had Verizon, even with their mail in rebates, I usually got the check in the mail within 2 weeks. Now on my Sprint Curve, I sent it in 3 weeks ago, and I just got an email today telling me to look for it in 10-14 WEEKS?! Seriously, what's so hard to validate about it? They have my info, they know I signed a contract, and they know I bought the phone, so why does it take 13-17 weeks total to cut a check back to me for a lousy $100?
I'm not happy about that, but I'm still happy with Sprint.
