Terrible Customer Service
Sprint Reps are horrible. Some are nice, knowledgable, and genuinely want to help. But most are ghetto children who will lie and transfer you or just terminate the call. I had a Supervisor actually lie to me last night. He told me he was calling a local store and spoke to the manager to line everything up for my visit. I called the store immediatley after hanging up with the rep. Turns out that the manager I was supposed to speak to doesnt exist and the real manager did not speak to a the supervisor. Whats worse, is this store is about 45 min away and I would have wasted my time and fuel if I had not followed up. With AT&T and T-Mobile merging, they cannot afford to have their first line treat paying customers this way. |
