Sprint Well Program...Replacement upgrade....maybe

So I've had to replace my Tour 4 times and was told today about the Well Program. According to the CSR, if you have TEP ($7 ins. plan) and have replaced your phone at least 4 times, you can go to any corporate store and get a comparable phone.

The Catch: Must be a corporate store, must have replaced your current phone at least 4 times, it could be an upgrade or down grade depending on that particular store.

I'm gonna try this in bout an hour...We will see.

I only had to swap my Moment once, but then again that phone had data lock up issues out of the box. ****...I even told the repair guy that I even rooted it to try to fix it with no avail. Ended up walking out with a 9650 after I locked up the refurbished one seconds after turning it on in the corporate store. Lol

Had to replace my Tour 3 times!!!! I emailed Dan@sprint.com and they got me upgraded to the HTC Hero, that was last year. They told me I had to go to a corporate store also but the nearest one to me was crazy far and Sprint was not going to fill my gas tank up so I to be a byatch and they sent me my new phone in the mail, lol

This is all based on a computer system and extreme cases management. Replacing a phone X number of times does not grant you another phone. In some cases it my prompt for an alternative phone with similar features or function. Once you switch models you can't go back. But exchanging phones that many times on purpose or in a short period will flag your account and 3rd party stores have the right to refuse business to you for constantly making up excuses to get your phone swapped.
