Default Sprint roaming agreement question

Does Sprint have any roaming agreements with gsm carriers in my area (RI & MA)? I'm wondering if I might pick up AT&T or TMobil voice and EDGE in some low or no signal areas if I leave my 9650 on Global. (Not that there are many low/no signal areas here on my home turf, but I can think of a few.)

I don't believe you can pick up gsm unless you have a legit activated gsm sim inserted. I know we have an agreement with verizon mainly because they are CDMA just like us.

I would think probably not, because most Sprint devices purchased for use stateside are not gsm capable. But you never know. Just thought I'd ask.
