Cell phone carriers never advertise fees. Sprint has a TON of fees that they've always charged, some of which they cleverly name to appear like its a tax (when its not). I have had so many billing errors with Sprint that I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Sprint were to take the chance of upsetting all of their loyal customers by adding this fee and screwing Premier customers like they have and then FORGET to charge the new fee! I wouldn't be surprised if those idiots told us they were raising the rates, then accidentally CREDIT everyone's bill by $10! haha I have been happy with my service, but man, they've got to get it together! haha
