Default Sprint out done again

Well, looks like Sprint will not make any news (again) with these Blackberrry releases. They (Sprint) annouced they would have the first BB OS 7 phones. Wrong - Verizon beat you to that. Now it looks like ATT will be releasing the 1 4G BB on the 21st. The same day Sprint is due to release their BBs. Now it does look like they will be the 1st with the 9860. That phone does look promising. I like my Sprint coverage and the plans make good sense for me. Although my family is really bugging me for the iphone. I'm trying to get my wife to try the 9860. We will see how that goes.

4G on att is great. Its just a faster way to hit your 2GB cap.

ATT has the best phone selection, but from my experience, the worst service. Don't be lured by their phones, its a trap!

I do realize 4G doesn't exist. I read the articles and don't smoke crack. But the masses don't understand and believe any commericial the see. I'm a big fan of Sprint and have no plans on leaving. I was just hoping for some good news for Sprint.

The Good news is Sprint is releasing 2 top of the line Blackberries at the same time 21st and looks to have the exclusivity on one for a while.

I many have to call up retentions and see if Sprint wants to keep my 4 lines since they will have the 9850. I'm not going to pay an additional $40 per month to upgrade my 4 existing Blackberry phones to the newer models. These new phones will use no more data than the old ones and will run on the same network. I was going to go to T-Mobile for the 9860 and save about $60 a month over what I have now, or $100 with this new $10 per phone fee, but looks like they may not be getting that phone now. Decisions, decisions!

I just don't get the point. Sprint had the 9650 before VZW, and I'm sure there were posts about that from the VZW people, but my question is the same:

What difference does it make?
