Sprint DOUBLE-Charged me for Intl Data Svc
Recently I traveled to Canada for a few days. I called Sprint in advance about my travels, and was set up on the Canada Calling Roaming Plan. However, I was informed that they no longer have the unlimited international data plans. I was assured that it would be 0.002 cents per kb and would round up to about $2/mb. When I came back, my bill was close to $90...however as time went on, the bill slowly reduced in kilobyte/megabyte usage as they probably obtained more information regarding my usage. However, I was charged 0.004 cents per kilobyte.
Just wanted to put it out there to all Sprint users who may have travelled internationally lately to double check their bills for double charging. I called Sprint and complained and they actually credited me back 80% of my usage charge for the inconvenience.
