Couple years back they had TERRIBLE customer service and were bleeding customers, now they are constantly at the top of Customer Service lists and are gaining customers but I believe still in the red quarterly.
I've been a customer since 2002ish, and I have no reason to switch. With them getting all these nice phones now it's fantastic.
