Rebates

for those of you who are in the same boat as me please help me out.

I got my Curve a month ago and its been having problems so Sprint is replacing it. Its supposed to arrive today. I just sent my rebate out on monday because Sprint told me I would receive an instant credit on my bill but I didn't. Is activating the new Curve going to mess with the rebate? Should I wait to activate it until I see my rebate in the system? Thanks.

If you've got the same rebate as I do, it will come in the form of a check, not a rebate. As for getting a new phone, as long as it's a curve, I don't see why it would wreck any havoc with your rebate.

Sprint did the same thing to me. I was quoted 179 plus tax which was about $203. When I got the bill they charged me $304 for the phone. What I did was called sprint retentions department 8885675528 and they made the adjustment right away.

just a Little extra info. when I got my pearl in feb i also got the instant rebate. but I also sent in the mail in rebate and received a extra $100 check. I plan on doing the same with my curve.
