Default Question about PIN #

If I get a new blackberry does my pin change everytime, or does it just transfer like a contact?

One PIN is unique to one BB.
Pins can't be transfered.

yup - often the PIN is the same or part of the chassis serial number.

FYI many applications like Telenav key off the PIN, so you will have to call/email and get replacement activiation codes.

I have seen 3rd party applications for transferring PIN's but I have not tried them yet.

PIN is like serial number on cars, tv's, and whatnot items. My friends get annoyed with me changing PIN's almost every year! LOL
