Default Is this possible or you think its a longshot?????

I currently have a Blackberry through TMobile and my contract is not up for another 18 months. Recently I just been fed up with the service, the prices, etc. I spend about 9 hours a day without service while I'm at work. And in all honesty I think I'm over the Blackberry.

I am currently trying to figure out a way to terminate my contract without paying a fee at all. I went by a kiosk at a local sams club by my house and the guy stated he might be able to get me out of my contract if I sign with another. Does this sound true? Or my other idea was will sprint buy out my contract if I sign a 2 year with them? I want the Evo and trying to find any possible way

I know very little about Tmobile but usually the 2 years contracts are difficlut to get out of and signing on with another carrier doesn't cancel a contract with a different one, sounds like a salesman is just making a good pitch to get you signed on.

The best way is raise cain at Tmobile if you really want out of the Tmobiel contract, with enough complaining about the service esp if it's the wireless coverage, logic would suggest they can't hold you to a service contract when they are not supplying service.

I wouldn't be to swayed by a kiosk sale pitch, their pay is based on the the contracts they get signed and they they have no of very influence on if Tmobile will grant you and early end to your contract.

You must call Tmobile customer service and just be honest and tell them, "hey, I have no coverage and want out".

In the past I have gotten out of a T-Mobile contract without paying a fee for this exact reason. I moved into an area that was not covered by them. So they allowed me to terminate my contract without getting penalized. It's highly unlikely that another carrier will want to buy out your existing contract.

Not a chance in **** Sprint will buy u out, especially for just 1 line. Pay the etf, sell ur BB on eBay or craigslist and use that to covet the etf. Good luck.

agreed. carriers won't buy out your contracts or else people would be free to switch whenever they wanted. If you explain to them that your phone is unusable at work where you are 9 hours out of the day then they might waive it for you. otherwise just sell your phone to pay the etf
