OS Update

I just updated my 9650 (Sprint) OS and now I cannot access Facebook as my message says that I am on "a service plan that does not support this application". I do, however, have an unlimited plan. How do I resolve this?

Did you try resending the service books?

Here is what you do. Go to your options, then choose 'Device" then Advanced Device Settings, and then click "host routing table' hit the Bb menu button and choose register now. Then you will be good to go after a couple of minutes
