Some of the list is ok, some of the choices seem kinda terrible...

Top Texters – Samsung Epic 4G & LG Rumor Touch
Best BlackBerry – BlackBerry Style
Best Bargain – LG Rumor Touch

HAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAAHaAAAAA

Style is the best BB?
Sorry. But if it is best BB we should look at what people buy the most.
Looks like the 9330 right now.

That's not really my point though. I'm not saying they aren't good phones. I'm saying is the style the BEST bb in existence? I think many, many people (if not an easy majority) would argue that there are more than 1 models that are better...

Is the epic the best phone for texting? I kinda doubt it. If you are talking pure texting, something like the 9330/8530 is a more likely purchase, or various feature phones. Not a Epic... The lg touch the best texting phone? That's completely laughable... The supposed best texting phone in the world doesn't even have properly offset keyboard keys...

Even the best budget friendly smartphone is highly suspect...

You can get better android phones on other carriers with newer OS versions for similar or even less money (free)...

The style isn't the best bb in existance. But it is the best one (IMO) that was released last year. I like it better than my bold.

The Epic might not be the best in your opinion for texting but everybody has a varying opinion. I think it is great to text on personally. Is it the best for ME? No. But it is really good.

I think what it all comes down to is that these types of awards or whatever are not our opinion. And is this going to change your opinion? Probably not. As it shouldn't. Does it really matter that these phones were named what they were? No.

Corrected It seems like whoever developed this list had only looked at Sprint phones in the first place and had no idea what other carriers even released (at least for the categories mentioned in the article).

Actually, the Style, according to info released earlier in the year, was outselling the Curve 9330 on Sprint by a fair margin. It has been Sprint's top selling BlackBerry since it was released unless there is newer info I've not seen yet. The article, however, was a 'Readers Choice' not a wholesale analysis of the entire cellphone/smartphone industry.

Outselling the 9330 across all carriers? I find that kinda unlikely...

Can't say across all carriers, because I know that wouldn't be the case. But on Sprint, it is the first BlackBerry to outsell the Curve on that network. Should it move to others, I wouldn't be surprised to see similar results.

I think the Style sells very well actually. I activate more styles then 9330's on a daily basis. And it is an excellent BB. I think the average consumer does not see much difference between a 8530 and the 9330 besides that the 9670 has better specs: 5mp better screen etc. My wife has one. I think its a very well designed phone and designed with 0S6 instead of having it installed on there later
