Default need to hop on next no etf cancel

I missed the opportunity to cancel my contract without penalties. I caught the last contract change, but only after the 30 days. Whats my best way of finding out when the next silent change happens? Check here every week, go to sprint's websiteand view my bill?

I've had it with getting dropped calls at home.

If you're getting bad reception at home, and Sprint hasn't been able to help you with it (i.e. Airave), then you should talk to Account Services and let them know. If you ***** enough, you might be able to leave ETF free. After all, you're paying for a service that isn't being provided. Also, check to make sure your PRL is updated. If your phone is constantly roaming, then start using roaming minutes. Sprint will release you from your contract for that as well. Have you tried using a different handset and see if you're getting better reception? Exhaust your options first.

Otherwise, check back here weekly for any updates on contract changes.

I do update my PRL periodically, the wife and kid's phones also suffer bad service as does the neighbor's. The neighbor's GF has T-mo and it's working great. For me, sometimes service is fine and sometimes i just drop 3 calls in a row. It's discouraging it's often the reason I text someone instead of calling. My wife called customer service to complain yesterday to no avail, I may have to try myself. I have another 15 months on the contract and I figured Sprint would get greedy and change the terms of the contract again, then I could back out.

Considering it just happened, I think you have a long wait, if not all of your contract ahead of you.

Yeah, I'm afraid of that, I just don't want Sprint to pull another fast one on me. Is this the best place to find out about the contract changes?

Any of the forums or blogs tend to post that kind of info. Even other cellphone related sites.

Thanks for the replies, I already have a service ticket in, now I know what to ask for when I call them next time to check on it.
