Info for a friend about the Pearl Flip

Hey BB community, been a bit since I was over here. I'm on Sprint now, got the Pre, and love it so far (For the OS.) I still recommend blackberries, and one of my friends wanted to know when Sprint was getting the Pearl Flip.

Does anyone have any idea? I'd really appreciate it!

I hope for those folks on Sprint that they do get it eventually. I was doubtful as I headed to the Verizon store to check it out..... But, once I spent a good 45 minutes or so playing with it, and comparing how quickly I could get things done vs. on my Storm, I had to have it...... I think RIM has a sleeper with the Pearl Flip, it's a powerhouse packed into a convenient package. The last flip smartphone I can remember on Verizon was a US Starcom WinMo device, if I remember correctly; aside from lack of wifi, the Pearl Flip absolutely blows it out of the water. It's sort of cool having a "real" web browser on a flip phone, too, especially since the trackball allows the cursor to act like a mouse pointer. I usually missed 2 out of 3 links I tried clicking on with my Storm, on my Pearl Flip I haven't clicked the wrong link yet....
