Go into your eMail settings and check to see that HTML is enabled. You will need to do this for all of the eMail accounts you have access to via your 'Berry.

eMail > Options > eMail Settings

Enable HTML eMail: Yes

Are you on BES or BIS? If BES, won't work unless you are at BES 4.5 on the server.

1) Resend your service books.
2) HTML email isn't retroactive, so only emails after you resend the service books will have HTML.

I'm on BIS...and I just got my HTML email working...

goto APPLICATIONS -> Email Setting -> Log in, then click on Service Books -> Send Service Books

and the next time you receive emails, TADA!!!

Alright can anyone help me out, I have a Curve 8310 on At&T. My coworker has a 8330 on verizon and his gives an option under email settings to "enable html email". Mine does not have this option.

I have tried to send service books, and got an email confirming that MY "handheld has been registered with the wireless network."

Still no option to enable HTML. Help please.
