I think the bill is like 180-200...but I'm not exactly sure.

There are 3 lines.
Curve 8330 - nights & weekends start at 7pm
Bold 9650 - nights & weekends start at 6pm
Epic - nights & weekends start at 7pm

All phones have unlimited everything...except minutes
Insurance on all 3 phones

HOLY CRAP... looking back through some old threads...what happened.. my bill is now 240ish, same 4 lines, same plan. only thing that's changed (on my end) was the change to 2 smartphones on my 3rd and 4th line (prev dumbphones)..

this is like weight gain, it just creeps up on you until your in dire trouble..

- increased tax/fees
- 10 premium per line
- loss of discounts on added lines (3/4)
- loss of discounts on line 2
- admin fee increase..
- etc, etc, etc

gotta admit it's interesting (and sad at the same time) how slick they are nickle and diming us to death.. and it was so steady of an increase, that it got out of control and I didn't even see it clearly.

I pay too much, the cell phone company's and cable company's must be in bed with each other, deciding how much they can nickel and dime us to death.....sad, very sad

just upgraded lines 3 and 4 to smartphones on a 1500 minute plan, everything unlimited and got hit with a $320 bill (it included $36/line activation fee which is a rip off) so next month I expect around $220 to $240. Ouch!!!!!

Now have 1 Bold 9930, and 3 Android devices (2 Nexus and 1 LG Optimus S)

Thinking of leaving sprint. The nav and unl data are the only perks. Pricing AT&T and vzw with my discounts the are about even now for 3 lines. Pretty much about 200 per after taxes. If I'm going to pay the same I'd rather go to a larger provider. Adding the 30 a month after upgrading the phones it hit a nerve to look around. But as of now I'm paying 168 a month for 3 berrys

Too darned much.

Switched to a Family plan, for the GF and I, then after I made the switch, they locked me down, so I can only have two people on it, I was planning on adding my cousin when his contract was up, so we could all save a bit, but even though I was assured it was OK to add another phone when I did the change, three months later, it was no way.

Lets see with all of their petty BS charges, I'm paying just under 170 a month for two dang lines.
That's just rotten.

$10 on one line, because the GF dropped her phone three stories, pow!

No problem, I had a used clean android phone, that I bought, and hated, laying about, doing nothing but Angry Birds, so I put that on the GFs line. Bam 10 Dollar smart phone charge, even though she just destroyed one.

Acknowledged her phone was destroyed, they did, but remove the charge? Ohh no, it was not a Sprint/Asurion refurb phone, so no deal for me.

Or what about the 4.99 a line I'm charged, because I wont give them unfettered access to my bank account. I did that once, they Stole 600.00 in a purported clerical error, and it took over 30 days to get it back. Heck NO!

Then there is the federal taxs, the local taxed, the universal access charge, the family locator charge for something I didn't sign up for, but it keeps coming back on the account, oh and the voice mail transcribing thing, that's like Google voice. only they want money for it, and lastly the higher price on the insurance.

Man, the're turning into Verizion, without the service.

Yeah, they think that they're attracting a better crowd of customer because of the dang iPhone but they are forgetting that we were their bread and butter for decades, so I say let them go to ihades.

Paul.

And my Poor Mom, she got hit with a 600 dollar overage for December, on her formerly unlimited laptop plan.

She says she had no idea, and I can tell you, that dell/Sprint thing, will turn the WiFi off on it's own, (after you spend 10 minutes switching from WiMax to WiFi) and turn the WiMax back on.

go to a corp store and tell them to remove the things you dont want like visual voicemail and family locator. tell them if they add it again the next call will be your lawyer calling the attorney general. that should scare them a little bit.

$231 a month average with Verizon for 2000 minute family plan with 4 phones and 2 data plans. 17% corp discount applied. Plan includes unlimited texting as well.
