Also I dunno what the you do to your poor phones. Every phone i've had since 2000 never had anything outside of minor issues. Random restarts occasionally, poor service in areas, freezing or locking up, all normal with any phone or provider. | couldn't have said it better myself. why do people not understand that. repair centers are there to repair devices not exchange. typically with a blackberry that is having all kinds of issues it is more than likely wet which is causing the problems. so beware of that answer and remember you catch more flies with honey than vinager
