Connection issues?

Lately on Sprint, I've had connection problems. There are plenty of bars on my 9650, but as for actually transmitting internet data...it's frequently difficult to get a page to actually load. Even good pages, and I'll try a few different ones in case it's the site itself.

Anybody else have this issue?

it could also be cache issues with the browser causing this to happen. I'd recommend that you clear the cache of the BB, do a hard reboot and then check it out. To clear the cache

Open the BlackBerry Browser, click the trackball, and select Options.

Click Cache Operations.

Click Clear Cookie Cache and Clear History.

If the issue still persists try it out in the safe mode, If that too does not work. I'd recommend a OS reload and then we can say it's a sprint issue.

Trust me it's that difficult to convince your service provider!

What is Safe Mode? I wasn't aware one exists for the BB!
