Can't delete email account(s)?

I hope this is the right forum for this problem. If it isn't, my apologies! Here's the deal... I have an email account that I've set up under Blackberry BIS service for retrieval. This account has recently become "spammy" and I want to delete it from the retrieval list on BB's website (bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=sprint). I've tried deleting the account on both the main website as well as from the BB directly. I've tried re-sending the service books. I've tried deleting the account over a period of several weeks thinking there may be an issue with the website. Whenever I try to delete the offending account I get "Failed to delete email account". I've tried this on several accounts I have set up on the Sprint BIS site and they all do the same thing.

Who do I report the issue to? How can I delete an account? Did something change? It's worked in the past!

i assume you are looking at sprint.blackberry.com?.. i would go through the site and find a help number... i have down exactly what you have and it works just fine..

tried just deleting the service books from the phone?

got the same problem as well tried deleting the service book but in the email setup those email is still there and not being remove.

If memory serves me correctly the email will still show up there even if deleted, but will not continue to push emails to your device. Not positive about that though. I believe I read something a while back on the same subject.
