Default BIS and Sprint account homepage: too many passwords to remember

Good gosh,

I'll preface this with saying that I just ported my att number this morning. That could be the trouble.

Was able to log onto mail server thing and change my signature. Thanks for those who helped with that.

So, this morning, I was able to successfully port my number. I'm able to call and get texts, etc. Email is still coming to phone (8130) and I can send out.

The issue now lies in the fact that I can log into my BB email account for Sprint. Use same username and password as this morning. Nothing. When I try to retrieve password it says it sent a message to my phone but I never get it. I try to go (on my phone) to 'email settings' and my user and password work on there. i can even request my password and it is the same.

Add that to the fact that I had to create an account for Sprint, password, pin, etc. Goodness. It's hard to get used to a new batch of passwords and logins. Trying to keep them similar but then I get confused what goes where. lol

Would the number port be the issue with me not getting on BBs email site? It's the only think I did different from pre-number port.

lol ahhh the beauty of the blackberry.

i had to create a new username/password/pin blah blah blah for my sprint account when they switched over to a new billing system.

but no worries, i just stored all the info into my Password Keeper application on my BB, and its better than writing down on a piece of paper or something like that because it's password protected!!

It is a pain when you first set it all up, but once you get your username and password straight, the rest is cake.... Good Luck!!

you'd think so...but:

still can't log on. I'm SURE it has something to do with my number porting. Verified username and password with CS rep.

I'll give it another day or so. I can send and receive email. Just can't put a filter in to make my sent messages not show up on my BB.

Patience, my dear me.
