better customer service
Well after 3 defective palm pres I'm back on the Crack. Because the 3 phones were replaced within 6 months I got the option to switch back to a Blackberry. I figured I would eventhough I left because I was quite bored with my old Tour. I waited 2 days and my referb Tour came in...with a defective battery. I was a bit annoyed because of the drive back and forth and another defective unit but stayed positive that everything would work out. Because of the situation they ended up giving me an upgrade to the Bold! I'm pretty stoked about that. I've been with Sprint almost 12 years and think they're doing a better job now than in the past.
Now to catch up on whatever I've missed while being away in pre-ville for a year!!
