Default AWFUL service in the last few hours!

Is anyone else having problems with the signal today?? I cant sent texts or make phone calls. All calls keep failing and the texts come back with error messages and sometimes I'll get a whole bunch at the same time.

Did sprint do away with their chat online for customer service?? I cant find it.

Their may be an outage in your area. Have u called CS to see if they can trouble shoot the issue for you?

Service has been a bit bad for me in some areas but today I noticed MUCH faster 3G speeds and a more stable signal than usual so maybe they're working on the network on the backend

From April 22-28 I had absolutely no service at home. Phone worked fine as soon as I switched to another tower away from my home. I called several times about it (when I wasn't at home obviously), and contact CS via chat when I was at home. They verified there was an outage and told me it would be resolved by Saturday. They didn't get it resolved until 4 days later, and gave me a $10 credit for my "hassle". Not great, considering I was without service for a week, but better than nothing.
