From April 22-28 I had absolutely no service at home. Phone worked fine as soon as I switched to another tower away from my home. I called several times about it (when I wasn't at home obviously), and contact CS via chat when I was at home. They verified there was an outage and told me it would be resolved by Saturday. They didn't get it resolved until 4 days later, and gave me a $10 credit for my "hassle". Not great, considering I was without service for a week, but better than nothing.
