    Default tour price drop

    Who do you talk to to get the 50 credit, if you are within your 30day window, they are trying to tell me i need to return a perfectly good phone and rebuy a new one.
    so frustrating!

    Return it back. Go to best buy. And get it there. In the end it will cost 50 bucks. Bc it cost 150 upfront and if u want u can still di the mail in rebeta

    Sprint doesn't have a price guarantee that I know of but it shouldn't be hard to argue that it is better for Sprint to just refund you the difference here. If you bought your phone at a store call their bluff, take your phone say you wanna return it for a brand new one in the box plus $50.00 price difference or they can just do the price match and send you home with your current phone. If you bought it at best buy they will refund price drop no questions asked but I don't think you bought it at bbuy. What you CANNOT do is buy at bbuy for their price AND send in for the rebate so do not consider that as an option.

    yea, this happened after i bought my curve. just call them up and tell them that you will return it and buy a new one if you have to but it would be better for them to just give you the credit. worked for me.

    i talked to 3 different people and all told me since i bought it at "199 promotion" i must return the phone and rebuy it, however they will charge me a 35 dollar restocking fee. I have scratches on the phone already which is fine with me to return it and make the 15 dollars, but i do not want to risk a bad tour since mine is perfectly fine. If i return the phone do i have to go 2 days without a phone or do they send a phone and when you receive it you can send it in.

    I would just suck it up and eat the $15. IMO its not worth returning the phone and getting a new one.

    I called CS and they told me I needed to call the store where I bought the phone. So I called up the store and they credited my account $50 with no hassle.

    Does the $50 credit apply to the $149.99 price with a 2-yr contract or does it work with a 1-yr as well?, What stores offer this credit?

    Maybe not? I guess its either No Commitment Pricing or a 2-yr Contract Price.

    i talked to 3 different people and even asked for a manager and tell me the same thing that i have to return the phone and purchase a new phone.. should i just attempt to go to the store and see what they can do even if i bought it through sprint.com
