switching 2nd line to another phone
I have been 2 weeks now without my main phone line. I had a 580i w/a 2nd line owned by me, the primary line was supplied by city. I want to put my 2nd line on my BB as the primary line.
What a pia! Every time I call I start over explaining the whole thing, and they come up with a different answer on how to get it done! Last week they gave me a case number because the 2 numbers needed to be dissasociated. This week I call to see why they hadn't fixed it and the ticket wasn't filled out right so they didn't do anything with it. Now they say it prob can't be done but they are not sure?
My old number is known by everyone I really hate to switch.
