Makes you wonder how many BIS customers are paying an extra $20.00 for a service they don't need. And how many BES customers are running around without the correct plan.

My corporate discount would not apply to the 69.99 everything plan, but it will apply to both voice and data if i sign up for the 39.99 voice plan and then add-on the 30.00 blackberry plan.
However you are right, the 99 dollar unlimited plan is not discounted, but most voice plans that are limited in minute usage can be discounted if they are configured right.
However if someone is a seriously heavy user, 99 bucks, discounted or not, for everything is an excellent deal.

How to find a reply you've posted once you leave the site...
I'm new here and don't even have a BB until I get the curve but I've sent three reply's already and it took me forever just to find this page again to see what others have said. Does anyone know how to navigate to them? I tried searching in the tips thing too.

I do too, I hated debating with a store clerk who was sure you don't get BIS with the phone. I walked out there swearing to never buy a phone from her. I wonder if she has figured out the details yet. I honestly think she didn't understand the difference between BES and BIS.

Most don't understand the diff between bis and bes. It does say bis is included in the fine print of the plan flyers though.

Tether or PAM on Sprint
Just curious about the Simply Everything Plan and using the BB as a modem. I currently have Verizon and was thinking of switching to Sprint since the plan has Telenav and messaging all included, along with BIS. What does it cost to add on Tethering with Spring? Is it called Phone as a Modem?
Thanks......Joe - 04-05-2008, 09:33 PM #63

Sprint is working on the PAM option to the 99.99 plan, but it's not yet available. As soon as I hear anything, you guys will be the first to know.

I haven't heard this, as far as I know from looking at plans T'mo is the only other company offering unlimited everything, don't know if that includes BB time on T'mo.
With a spiraling down of the economy consumers are looking for the best bang for their buck so, anything can happen.
I do know this that on the $99 plan with Sprint you will not receive any corporate discounts. - 04-13-2008, 03:50 PM #69
Hello All- I'm new around here and currently dont have a BB; but that should change soon!

I've been with Sprint for almost 10 yrs and I have been happy as a clam with them. I havent always been delighted with their CS, but I have to say that any time I've had to call them, I've been fortunate enough to get someone that has some knowledge of what they're talking about. If I did get someone that was clueless, I just called back.
I think their $99 all-u-can-eat special is fabulous. I use about 10,000 minutes a month- most of those minutes are off peek (which for me starts at 6 p.m.). For unlimited everything, I dont have to concern myself with what time it is or tell people to call me after 6.
I know this plan wont have customers arriving back in droves, but I believe that (some) will come back eventually.
I've considered leaving Sprint in the past; but their network is so fast that I cant imagine being on anything slow and being happy. I had an iPhone for a couple of months, and impressive device or not, EDGE, IMO- really did live up to its crawl.
