Sprint Technical Consultant Interview :)
Hey everyone, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section. I have an interview for a local Sprint store as a Technical Consultant.
Does anybody work for Sprint as this position? Can you give me a heads up on some questions they may ask? I will definitely research the company more, but just wondering if I can get some help.
Thanks!
i love myself.

Expect to be over worked and under appreciated. It's a tough job. And to be good you need to stay focused and be able to handle the worst of customers. You're job will be making the store profit on service, maintain customer satisfaction, and do all that while sticking to strict corp guidelines.
It's a tough job. If you can handle fixing things under pressure, and enjoy angry customers, it'll be a perfect job for ya
It's not all that bad as I make it sound. Fixing phones can be fun. Just prepare yourself by knowing everything you can about every phone. And expect your day to be 70% of working on android devices.
Good luck! if you havnt had luck already - 12-25-2011, 09:19 AM #6
and get used to staying "it is liquid damaged" and then get ready to get yelled at and the customer will say they got the phone that way its never been in water and my personal favorite "i don't even eat rice you put the rice in my phone to dry it off" and getting yelled at for nothing being wrong with the phone and they bring in a rumor touch expecting an iPhone as an exchange because they have been with sprint for 20 years
you know fun stuff like that. hope you are ready and good luckBlackberry 9930 and 32gb Blackberry Playbook
