Sprint Rep
Hello I am a sprint sales consultant and I am just letting everyone know this so I might be of some help if anyone has any questions. You can reply to this thread or send me a private message and I will answer you back.
Blackberry is the way to go there is no other phone out there like these. - 01-02-2009, 07:01 PM #2
Can you please tell me why Fox news is being dropped from Sprint TV effective Jan. 15? When I turned on Sprint TV I saw "sprint lineup change" and a ticker came across stating that Fox news will not be included in the new lineup. I don't want to make this discussion about politics, just about the new lineup. Thanks

ok -- when you go to sprint tv, and go to the channel listings -- go to the Fox News Channel. Click on it, and then it takes you to a screen that has 3 options -- Sprint Line up Change, the current show, and back to guide. Click on the Lineup Change. It will then tell you that Fox News is no longer being carried as of Jan. 15

I am actually happy with sprint overall (I say that because people seem to show a lot of hate when complaining). I would like it if they got some new bb's for sale and would like it if they would update things a little faster, but its no biggie.
My one complaint is the charges for call forwarding. Is there any chance of getting those eliminated or maybe adding a monthly unlimited forwarding package? I would really like to use one of these other voicemail options out there and that call forwarding is killing me, especially since every other carrier seems to have it free of charge.Last edited by edubz13; 01-02-2009 at 08:13 PM.

Hey sprint guy, I have a question. I just got this new 8350. I dont like it. And am probably going to be jumping off the sprint ship very soon after 9 years as a sprint customer. My question...... since I had to sign the 2 year contract to get this wonderful phone(
) for $149 and will probably be sending it back, am I still tied to this 2 year contract since I will be returning it within 30 days?
Had I know this phone is the way it is, I would certainly have not bought it and would have stuck with my good ol' reliable ic502 and could have just not signed the 2 yr deal and just remained "month to month".
Thanks.Last edited by db0723; 01-02-2009 at 09:59 PM.

I am aware of the .20 cent option. Why not add a package plan at least? Most other companies include this option free of charge.
It would be nice to be able to use you mail or a service like that, something they should think about. - 01-02-2009, 10:06 PM #19

jdriggers03 , Fox news is moving to Sprint TV extra package on Jan 15 so those that want will have to pay 9.95 more a month in order to enjoy.
Also,
Sprint customers can also purchase fox news channel separately for 4.95 after channel makes its move to TV extra Package on Jan 15Last edited by Slingbox; 01-03-2009 at 10:40 AM. Reason: Also

Hello JDriggers,
I'm sure you have heard of the mms problem with the 8350 i. What should I do? Is it the phone or the network? On another forum there is a link to an update download for this problem, will that work? One guy tried it and he said it worked. No one knows what to do, and nextel CS doesnt have a real answer. Help!!!
Thanks!!!!! - 01-03-2009, 07:40 PM
