    Default Sprint/Asurion - A+ - Q10 insurance replacement

    I was fishing yesterday at 4pm and water got into my waders, ruined my bb q10. I made my way soaking wet to a local pub where I used my tablet to file the claim by 5pm, and in my hands at 3pm the next day is my new q10 from fedex! 22 hours, incredible! Activated via their chat and restoring all data, seamless. For the $100 deductible and the $8 or $11 a month it is, it's worth it.

    Yeah Asurion is great, i have it on both my Q10 and My gf's nexus 5. she fell and cracked the screen,and we filed a claim at 11pm, and the next day we had her replacement phone. and they give the option to put the $100 deductible on the bill(which is great if your short on cash at the time). I have always kept the insurance....just in case.

    These are some of the only good asurian stories I've heard. I hate dealing with them when filing a claim for customers.

    You aren't supposed to file a claim on behalf of anyone. The customer does it themselves through the website.

    Maybe that is your issue.

    That's ideal. That doesn't always work and we talk to them in 3way with customer.
