picture mail help!
had to get replacement curve 8330... now when i get picture mail i get text 9000. and i have to click on link wait for it to load to see picture? why???

This is an answer from 1 year ago. There are more than 1 8330. 8330e and 8330m. They are different in the slightest of ways, but one of those ways is how they get picture messages. the 8330m gets them in message and you need to click thru to see them with the 8330e. Maybe you switched from 1 to the other.

the 8330e is the first that gets the link sent to get picture mail. i get the same message when i get sent pics. there isnt anything wrong with your phone, its on sprints end. i called awhile back but dont remember what their reasoning was....
