It's not really hush hush. Why tell people exactly when it comes out. The more quite they are about it the more people will want it. It's like when store gets a new shipment of Wii's you'll never know til you see a mob of people standing outside waiting.

Their CS is luck of the draw. Depending on which call center you get you may get someone who can speak English well, or you may get someone who you can barely understand. It's like that with any company with major call centers.

Launch in all channels is the 20th, but Brightpoint is the 16th. Brightpoint is a large 3rd party retailer, but I'm going to call into Employee care on the 16th just to try.

That's too funny. I have the exact email in my box. Only mine they screwed up and told me I qualified for a 150 upgrade. I dunno how since I used it about a month and a half ago.o well, looks like a cheaper curve for me.
