How many mb of data do you use per month?
Just curious what you're data usage is like. You can check by looking at your previous bills. I use around 75-100mb per month.

I would say that people with Blackberrys have less data per month than other smartphones, if not only because they have the data compressed before it being sent. But the browsers and streaming services on some other phones also makes them use more data.

I was over 800mbs a week into this billing cycle; it's cuz of Pandora. That, and not having internet in my apartment anymore and using my blackberry to download computer programs for my laptop lol.

I only use about 150-200mb. I don't know how much I am doing over my wifi though. I estimate using it more than half of the time while on a wifi signal at home or work.

Wow! I had two weeks off a couple of months ago and used my BB constantly during that time... I had GPS (BB maps and Google Maps) on all the time, was using the net to search places and people, plus I was on BBM and facebook, and I didn't get anywhere near 1 gig!!! 450mb and I was really pushing it. I can't even imagine how much some of the users here use their BBs, very impressive numbers people! (even without tether, which is cheating

again..lol, since we have nothing better to do on a sunday than to get confused...
from searchstorage.com:
1.) As a measure of computer processor storage and real and virtual memory, a megabyte (abbreviated MB) is 2 to the 20th power bytes, or 1,048,576 bytes in decimal notation.
&
2.) According to the IBM Dictionary of Computing, when used to describe disk storage capacity and transmission rates, a megabyte is 1,000,000 bytes in decimal notation.
&
3.) According to the Microsoft Press Computer Dictionary, a megabyte means either 1,000,000 bytes or 1,048,576 bytes.
Its a Sunday, we both have the ability to be right....
but either way its closer than say kb vs kB which is a factor of 8 out
