Hey all
I am having a sprint 9930, it was showing activation required message and data services easn't working
So i got my msl code and changed the network code and my mobile number and now the activation message has gone but the data services isn't working
Notes:
1.when i go to sim card and write mepd verything is disable but the network is inactive
2.when i start the phone it opens something called provisiong
Please pls pls pls pls pls pls help me :'(

Provisioning is a term used meaning getting it set up for online. Have you tried calling sprint tech support?

I would start there. They can force through provisioning on a device and also walk you through registering the bold and sending your service books.
