This app is slow, uses far too much battery life and, is far from user friendly & it apppears everyone will at some point get a message saying 'Application Not Registered' and the app stops working. At this point I contacted support and what I received was a request for practically every detail other than my inside leg measurement. When I asked why this was required I received a flurry of sarcastic and abusive emails which I have passed on to RIM. I have pasted the final email I received from them. I have blanked out my name below....
