When will SocialScope ever come out?

When will this app ever comes out to the public? I have heard people saying they have been waiting well over a year to get an invite. I saw the demo of how people use it and it looks exciting, I also applied to get an invitation for a few months now and still nothing. If anyone have any information about it please tell me. Or if any of you know any other apps similar to it. I already know social beat, vaayoo (which seems to not work on my phone, maybe because I do not have a data plan) , and vodafone update (which have problems authorizing with my facebook account).

I have had it for several months now along with many of my friends. All I did was send them emails about how I'd like to get the beta and they finally sent me an invite after i waited for about 4 or 5 months. So my suggestion is to bug the **** out of 'em, but try to be polite about it.

Yeah they really are the best Social anything app out there for the BB. I wish they would release so that all these annoyed people would finally be able to see how good it is and not feel left out.

I always feel bad posting about how good it is because inevitable leads to people flaming about how they are crap, but these people have never even used it yet.

been waiting for 3+ months now... any news on new invites, or general release? These folks are making RIM look good (!)

For the past few weeks have been using the Vodaphone "Update" app - seems to offer most of the "consolidated social network inbox" features, with none of the uncertainty, unresponsiveness, and BS on availability that SocialScope has had for many months..F

Am finding out that:
- All-in-one apps are useful, but it would be good to be able to segregate updates/messages by platform (FB/Twitter/etc)
- Am still using native apps for FB, Twitter, LinkedIn etc - these are still better (full-featured etc)
- All-in-one apps drain the battery quickly

It is a beta backfire! Really just silly and I am over it. Waiting for OS 6 to come out for BB9700. That has multi platform social feed integration including BBM. Sweet!

I'm still waiting for an invite from SocialScope (3+ months)....looks like it may be a long wait!?!

I waited almost a year for my invite. LOL
I've been using it a few weeks now and LOVE it!!

It is already out just sign up and you should get a web address to type in the browser on your smartphone or other phones so it must work on regular phones with mobile web as well.

Erm, I'm going to have to say "rubbish" cnotp.

SocialScope has been in a closed Beta period forever. They periodically give away invites, and that's the only way in.

I'm sorry to be harsh... but... sometimes, it's just necessary.

They recently announced that people who already have SocialScope would soon be able to send out invites themselves. Wonder what's happening with that. I love SocialScope and even on OS6 I prefer it to the SocialFeeds app.
