tumblr is a blog site where as tinytwitter and twitterberry are blackberry programs that allow you to post to your twitter from your phone. ;D is ADDICTING lol

I had a twitter .. but I forgot my password.. or maybe they deactivated it?

I had planned to use twitterberry once I got my berry
but i heard about tinytweeter...
so which one is better twitterberry or tinytweeter?
are they both free?

From the posts I've read I don't think they deactivate them but as far as programs go twitterberry was just updated so its first on my list

Isn't there a way for Twitter to resend your password?

Both Twitterberry and TinyTwitter are free, I think it's personal preference as to which one is better. I prefer Twitterberry now that they've upgraded, it does everything I want it to do.
