SmrtGuard double billing....

Anybody else having billing problems?

I originally purchased a 6 month subscription, then they ran a 1/2 off deal and we were promised we could piggyback the subscriptions..so I bought a year subscription.

Then, when my original 6 month subscription was up, they automatically deducted money from my bank account.
I should be good for another year!
I've emailed them several times and no reply.
Not happy.
