What is the #cb next to my forum name for ? How is it used? Why is it there?

It is because of the new Mobile Nations Passport. Part of it is allowing for your sign on to be universal across all the sites. If your name is the same as someone from, as an example, Android Central, then they'll hash tag your name. The person with the most posts gets to keep their original name.

thanks i sent an email.i do not care for the other platforms and do not need a passport. i asked that my name be untaged here. i have almost no interest in the other platforms.

Also I did not appreciate the confusion and frustration this has caused me when trying to use the crackberry app on my phone.
