Is there a way to get a notification if someone replied to you in a thread, like when you get a like or thanks

Look up there in Thread Tools. Subscribe to the Thread, and ask for Instant Notifications.

If you mean when someone quotes you, that's not in there. But you can sign up for instant email/control panel notifications for when someone just replies to the thread
