Kill that auto-play video ad on CrackBerry site!
Please, CrackBerry...kill that auto-play video ad at the top of the CrackBerry site! It is invasive, annoying, and there is no way to stop it that does not go the the F@@king ad site. Banner ads are one thing but that thing is slap-in-the-face disruptive.
Get rid of it. Please.
Thank you, and good night. - 02-03-2013, 09:56 PM #2
You got a screenshot of it? I am not getting the ad so im not sure what you are talking about specifically. thanks!

Yo!! What's the ad? I need a screen capture or url of what it is.
We work with ad partners on the ads... there should NOT be any auto play ads coming through. If there is, that's a slip up. If you get me the details I can forward it on and have it blocked/removed.Kevin Michaluk

That's them. Thanks, Jerry!
I know I could use ad blockers, but can usually just click closed an annoying ad, but not these. Also, I don't really mind the banner ads or and can tolerate the amazon based ads. But the video ads that cannot be stopped are a PITA. Using an android tablet today, while I see if the PlayBook I left on a plane was turned in, or else headed for ebay.
Thanks, guys for moving this to the right forum category. -

The d@mn video ad is still there today. Not blocked. Can't watch the live feed because of the fracking video ad.
Watching on an android tablet, ICS, with the default browser. - 02-06-2013, 12:20 AM #11James Falconer

Ok, so you're saying it's that big ad unit above the header playing.. and sometimes different ad units appear there (different companies)?
If that's the case, then what I did before wont help. Your first screen cap was pointing to a specific ad that I blocked.
I know who to contact to look into this. Thanks for the patience.Kevin Michaluk
