Crackberry Store
I hope I'm posting this in the right area;
Why is it when I post a new theme on mobihand, then use the CB link it never allows users to place items in their cart right away? The item shows in the store, but when you try to add it to your cart it says something about no item found.
Try this for example...

If you use the mobile CB store it's fine, but the desktop store doesn't work for some reason. In order for users to DL the desktop version I also have to provide a mobihand link, which I would rather not have to do, I would rather support CB only. - 03-28-2011, 12:08 PM #3
The CrackBerry store is hosted (I hoe that is the correct word) by Mobihand.
If you have a concern with Mobihand then you should really talk to them initially via customersupport@mobihand.com.
No member here can do anything other than offer advice and share experiences. As a vendor you really should talk this over with commercial people at Mobihand, I feel. - 03-28-2011, 12:17 PM

What's strange though is, it works on MobiHand. So, it sounds like it's a problem with MobiHand linking up with CB. If that's the case, (honest question) should I contact MobiHand or should CB?

I reported this issue to my supervisors.
Who in turn can contact mobihand, as this sort IS a CB issue since we may lose customers who buy directly from mobihand instead.

Out of our control unfortunately. Mobihand powers our store so you have to go through them. Not sure what the underlying issue is but they should be able to get you sorted out.

I have submitted a request to MH, but I really don't think it's a (developer side) issue since my customers can still purchase directly through MH. The problem arrises when I try to send customers here to give CB credit.

You should consider buying your apps from App World...you get them instantly after you pay, no waiting for an email from Mobihand which does not come most of the time. I gave up on buying anything from Mobihand, it was just too frustrating, App World is a million times better. As well I have noticed many developers don't upgrade their apps on Mobihand but they do on App World.
