    Default CrackBerry Email

    Is anybody else having problems with their @crackberry.com email address?

    Everyone who messages me on it is getting the message bounce back but it works if you email the masked account directly. I've tried changing the email address CB sends to thinking it was the email account and it won't change!

    Any ideas? I'm missing out on messages here

    I am having the same issue. Not getting anything through crackberry.com email address but if send directly to the forwarded-to email all is well

    Apparently RIM have blacklisted the IP that CB forwards the email through! I had TMob on the phone all day to find this out and apparently the best thing to try is setting up a Gmail address and assigning the CB address to that.

    Problem... I can't change where CB sends the email to :P It just keeps going to my old email address...

    Perhaps it's only certain carriers who are rejecting it.

    I'm really getting stressed out here since everything gets sent to my CB address!

    I've tried changing it to a Gmail one and it's still trying to send to my TMobile address!!!

    It appears Telus is rejecting (both mine and My G/F). I also tried to change the forwarding destination and it will not change. Looks like an issue with Crackberry.com

    I got mine working after requesting that Spamhaus remove the IP from blacklist, worked for a while and now it's gone again!

    Forwarding address WON'T change! Can somebody please look into this?! I don't know how much mail I haven't got!

    Adlen, 2repou - I think I can see some setup problems in your CB emails. I need to ask our webmaster for more info.

    Any updates on this.
    I even tried changing the target email from my personal domain to
    Gmail but still no luck.
    I have a lot of emails coming in to my @crackberry
    Really need some help here.

    I just checked mine this morning and it is still not working. Emails sent to @crackberry.com get bounced back to the sender with a 550 Unknown user error.

Posting Permissions
